He mentioned the creation of a suitable platform for better services to the private sector in the import and export of petroleum products based on valid standards as another goal of the project.

According to Mohammadi Karaji Ran, with the construction of the corridor of the comprehensive lines of the Persian Gulf port, in addition to increasing the volume of unloading and loading of petroleum products, the productivity of the wharves will also be increased and consequently we will see a decrease in vessels' waiting time.

The director of Shahid Rajaei Port Special Economic Zone noted: By connecting all investment companies to the unloading and loading railway station in Shahid Rajaei Port, the transfer of various light and heavy products will be possible by rail to the tanks located in the Persian Gulf port.
