The head of the Khuzestan Roads and Transportation Organization stated that 502 million tons of goods were transited in the country last year, of which 50 million tons were basic commodities.
Referring to the necessary arrangements to tackle the problems of truck drivers, Amani, said: measures such as establishing a headquarters for transiting goods in the Iran Road Maintenance & Transportation Organization, launching a freight reporting application and issuing bill of lading by transport companies from each province and coordination with other organizations are included.
