General cargo ship beached by storm, 16 crew rescued, Vietnam
General cargo ship MINH NAM 07 was beached by storm early in the morning Oct 10 near Ky Anh town, Ha Tinh Province, north central Vietnam. The ship was ballasting from Vung Tau to Quang Ninh, northeast Vietnam. All 16 crew were rescued by locals, understood fishermen.
